01 Aug 2017: The project is approved, but the following should be noted:

  1. RISK: The upgrade is in parallel with the Restructuring system changes scheduled for Dec 2017.  This should be listed on the IT Risk Register
  2. COMMUNICATION: The communication to the system owners should include information on the risk.  February is also part of the risk-timeframe (due to registrations)
