  8. Progress November 2015: Report attach
It was approved at the pervious RMC that the alignment project, as stated above, will commence April 2016.It was also approved that an interim “burning issue” project must be launched with regard to the application process.

    Progress “burning issue” project
Mr Frans du Preez requested that the core team responsible for this project must meet with PC to discuss some of their more pertinent problems. The meeting was held and the team took note of their issues and priorities. It was concluded that most of the issues are “bigger” issues that relate to the total NWU and the planned alignment project (April 2016).

The team took note of these requests, the time frame (Nov 2015 to March 2015), available resource time and funds. With this in mind and the fact that some of the known issues are of such a nature that it must be part of the bigger initiative to follow in 2016 they propose that the under mentioned enhancements be implemented between Feb 2016 and April 2016.

    The core team consist of:
    • Mari Prinsloo
    • Nelda Mouton
    • Dassie Janse van Vuuren
    • Jaco-Philip Ellis
    • Erik Marx
