The Assignment marker tool developed by OC will be implemented for the new version of Sakai.
Then we will discuss the improvement of the On-Screen Marking tool at the Blended learning Sig for further development: due date Dec 2019.
This request involves on-screen marking, and might even be part of the bigger eAssessment project. The request should include the workflow for offline marking (from eFundi).
Adelle Lotter will discuss the request with Brandon @ UODL.
We had a conversation at the end of November 2017 and eFundi is not the platform to manage the workflow for offline marking.
In the meantime Brandon put something on the table that will be used for the pilot March 2018.
Brandon spoke to Mari Prinsloo and she organised with Systems that a current IIS environment will still be available for UODL until the end of 2018.
This should be revisited and the development of a LTI tool to integrate with eFundi will be the best way forward.
eNdaba will prioritise projects (eFundi assignments workflow) and development for 2018 at the end of March 2018 and this should be definitely on the list.
